Talk about service! Sana, the owner of the agency, got back to me immediatly when I first contacted him and was able to arrange for a caregiver to begin the very next day. Sana is a likeable, professional and compassionate individual. He chose the right person for the job; Maggie fit right in with the family situation and was an excellent caregiver in every way. She didn't bat an eye at the comings and goings of all the ranch cats and dogs, she was knowledgeable and experienced, strong and capable, and absolutely sparkled with energy and optimism every single day. She was truly a gift to mom and myself during mom's last, most difficult days on earth. Sana was able to provide the same caregiver every day, not a rotating crew of different people, and this made it so much easier on my mother and family members. This was not my first rodeo. I have worked with, or considered working with, other individuals and agencies from time to time as my mother's need for support increased over the last few years. I wish I had found Sana Bulafiji first and saved myself the stress of looking for "the right fit." Sana's agency was flexible in accommodating the hours needed for mom's care and competitively priced. I recommend Sana Bulafiji highly and will hire them again without hesitation if the need ever comes up!
